CAMERON Diaz looks lean as ever - as she relies on pal Gwyneth Paltrow to prop her up.

The A-list buddies went out for dinner last night with Gwyneth's husband Chris Martin in tow.
The Coldplay frontman looked more than happy to crash a girls' night - as the three chatted at Sugar Fish in Brentwood, LA.
Tucking into sushi, the trio then emerged with Cameron draping an arm around best mate Gwyneth while Chris followed behind.

But Cam clearly hadn't been going heavy on the sauce as she drove away in her Aston Martin.
Both ladies looked dressed down for the meal - sporting similar grey tops and jeans with pared-down make-up.
Chris also looked casual in khakis and a grey t-shirt.
Cameron and Gwyneth have been buddies for years but they have really stepped up their me-time lately.

Pals say Iron Man star Gwyneth, 40 last month, became close to Cameron after falling out with former best mate Madonna.
A source told Us Weekly: "Gwyneth is a nurturer. Cameron is bummed about being single, so Gwyneth sees her as a project."
Cameron, also 40, split from New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez last year.
